GamClaim.org offers free information resources and paid online services: personalised reports, StayClear reminder subscriptions and personalised report consultations.
The website is not a law firm, claims-management company, gambling treatment provider, financial adviser, debt adviser, payment institution or emergency service.
The user selects a product, chooses currency or plan where applicable, enters an email address, accepts the terms, privacy policy and disclaimer, reviews payment details in Stripe and confirms payment. Stripe then returns the user to GamClaim.org for post-payment setup where required.
Order confirmation and secure account access are sent electronically. Users can correct input errors before payment by returning to the relevant service page or Stripe checkout step.
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, the website, contracts and non-contractual obligations are governed by Swiss substantive law. The ordinary place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland.
